Avalon Retreat (one bedroom cottage, sleeps 2)

Avalon Retreat is recently renovated self contained accommodation, featuring a secluded private garden with barbeque. The lounge and bedroom have polished wood floors with rugs. A queen size bed looks out through French doors onto the garden.

During the day you can relax in the garden on the deep comfortable lounge and read, watch TV or listen to music. The lounge comes equipped with TV, audio and CD ROM facilities. The French doors open out onto the garden.

The kitchen comes with fridge, two burner gas rings and microwave. It is fully equipped with cooking equipment, cutlery and crockery. The bathroom has a shower but no bath.

Avalon Retreat has central heating in the lounge area.

Pricing and sleeping configuration:

$120 for two people; Avalon Retreat has a single queen sized bed. It is possible to sleep an extra person in the lounge area. We can provide an extra mattress, linen and bedding for an additional $25 or you are welcome to bring your own for free. Children are $15 extra.

Pets:Avalon Retreat has its own private and enclosed garden. You are welcome to bring well behaved pets and may take them in the unit. However pets are not allowed on the furniture and may not be left indoors unattended under any circumstances. It is our policy to charge for any damage or additional cleaning caused by your animals.

Facilities include:

• Fully equipped kitchen including gas rings, fridge, microwave.
• Lounge including TV, CD ROM, Stereo, central heating, gas heater, dining facilities.
• Bedroom including Queen sized bed and clothes storage.
• Private garden, including outdoor dining table and chairs, and barbeque
