Avalon Retreat (one bedroom cottage, sleeps 2)
Avalon Retreat is recently renovated self contained accommodation, featuring a secluded private garden with barbeque. The lounge and bedroom have polished wood floors with rugs. A queen size bed looks out through French doors onto the garden.
During the day you can relax in the garden on the deep comfortable lounge and read, watch TV or listen to music. The lounge comes equipped with TV, audio and CD ROM facilities. The French doors open out onto the garden.
The kitchen comes with fridge, two burner gas rings and microwave. It is fully equipped with cooking equipment, cutlery and crockery. The bathroom has a shower but no bath.
Avalon Retreat has central heating in the lounge area.

Pricing and sleeping configuration:
$130 for two people; Avalon Retreat has a single queen sized bed. It is possible to sleep an extra person in the lounge area.
Pets: Avalon Retreat has its own private and enclosed garden. You are welcome to bring well behaved pets (additional cleaning surcharge $20) and may take them in the unit. However pets are not allowed on the furniture and may not be left indoors unattended under any circumstances. We regret that due to past damage, if you bring a pet, we charge a bond of $50 which is refundable if the unit is left in a good state.
Facilities include:
- Fully equipped kitchen including gas rings, fridge, microwave.
- Broadband and wireless (reception varies for wireless)
- Lounge including TV, CD ROM, Stereo, central heating, dining facilities.
- Bedroom including Queen sized bed with electric blanket and clothes storage.
- Private garden, including outdoor dining table and chairs, and barbeque.
- Central heating.
