Avalon Rest (two bedroom spa unit, sleeps 6 in four beds)
Avalon Rest is a two-bedroom unit with a covered deck, courtyard garden and barbeque. It features polished timber floors with rugs and Italian blue slate floors within the bathroom and kitchen. The unit is largely double glazed and is centrally heated in winter. It has a drying room for ski gear.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, four burner gas stove, full oven, stovetop espresso maker, and all necessary cutlery and crockery. The bathroom has a spa bath and double shower head for showering togetherness.
Avalon Rest is fully centrally heated.

Pricing and sleeping configuration
$170 for two people; each extra adult is $30. Each extra child who requires a bed is $20. There are two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom has three beds consisting of a queen sized loft bed above two single beds. There is also a queen size pull out sofa bed in the lounge area. Please note that six people is the optimum maximum for this unit. You are welcome to sleep eight people but you will find it a squeeze.
Pets: Avalon Rest has its own private enclosed and covered deck and a courtyard garden. However the deck and courtyard garden are not large and we recommend against bringing more than one animal particularly if they are large dogs. Two small dogs would be acceptable. You are welcome to bring well behaved pets and may take them in the unit. However pets are not allowed on the furniture and may not be left indoors unattended under any circumstances. We regret that due to excessive cleaning time we charge a $20 cleaning charge for pets and, as a result of past damage to lounges and fly screens It is our policy to charge a $50 bond, refundable if no damage is done.

- Drying room for ski clothes etc
- Broadband and wireless (wireless reception varies)
