A queen size bed looks out through French doors onto the garden. The lounge comes equipped with TV, stereo, DVD and internet facilities. The french doors of the bedroom open out onto the garden making it perfect for sleeping with the doors open in summer. The garden has a barbeque and outdoor table and chairs.

Avalon Rest is a recently renovated two-bedroom unit with a private patio garden, including deck and barbeque. The patio garden is fully enclosed by an two metre wall. The unit features polished timber floors with rugs and Italian blue slate floors within the bathroom and kitchen. The unit is largely double glazed and is centrally heated in winter. It has a drying room for ski gear, a spa bath and double shower head for showering togetherness. The unit has two TVs, DVD, internet, stereo, barbeque etc.

The unit includes a large lounge, full kitchen/dining, bathroom with two showers and two toilets and two bedrooms each with a double bed and two singles in a bunk. There is a garden with barbeque, outdoor setting for eight and verandah with easy chairs. The unit has TV, DVD, stereo and internet.
